It all started with a dumb concerning version of me taking part in this argument. I’m just trying to be nice to clear all the nasty thoughts about Moslems.
he started to send me e-mails. However, I forgot to save my answer for the first question =((
This was my answer:
Well maybe I made that mistake by referring to http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Which_religion_has_the_most_population_in_the_world , undeniably a source that couldn’t be trusted especially when you’re doing a research or arguments that need solid evidence. The figures somehow really determine something. I’m so sorry for making a blanket statement.
I’m from Malaysia (will be pursuing my studies in the UK too) which is famous for its multiculturalism, a melting pot various religions and ethnics. Yet, they’re no things like radical cult groups or religious groups running amok here and there. We’re living in peace and harmony where everyone can sit and chat anything without any sense of annoyance due to our differences.
But I’m really against and totally disagree when you said that religions should be blame for what the followers are doing. Islam does not teach its followers to cause any harm to other people unless if there’re harm done (there’re condition for jihad). Jihad itself is not about killing the non-believers. Studying is a jihad too. Misconception happens when what are portrayed on the television are only about the errors done by the Moslems.
Such that, you need to take into account is does Christianity teaches the followers to condone wrong doings? Same goes to Islam. I can’t find a thing from the teaching that forces me to hurt the non-Moslems. In fact, it tells me that all humans, be it white or black etc are related through humanity. Animosity happens when some of them took the teachings wrongly. And some happens due to continuous provocation and defensive act needs to be done when you’re family’s life is at stake.
Have you ever heard of people killing the Jews as anti-Semitic? Have you ever heard of people killing other races as genocide? Have you ever heard calling other people by colours as racist? Have you ever heard about terrorist? Have you ever heard of treason? And what does it applies to you? Moslems. All the blames are put to Moslems when the teaching only teaches us about peace and devotion to our god. I’m really sorry if I get too emotional. It’s so unprofessional =))
and this was my final answer (credits to Nurul Faiza)
I don’t want to be rude and I will try my best to behave myself.
You're saying as if the whole Muslim race is bad and misunderstanding me that I’m saying the whole Moslem race is good. I'm saying Islam is good. I accept that there are some radical Moslems out there, but they DO NOT represent all us Moslems.
My dear friend, I think we got off on the wrong foot. I’m not here to wage war with you but I am here to defend my religion. I understand you're upset with the treatment you've been getting where you live, but then again, isn't that immature of you? From what you've written to me so far, what I can summarise is that you are condemning Moslems overall just because the Moslems that you've met so far are radical to you. Well friend, I for one, is not radical and yet I'm a Moslem. Surprise! So are hundreds- no, thousands- no, millions of other Moslems around the world who go about their life peacefully without bombing places or forcing people to convert. Admit it, though there are those Moslems you say are being unfriendly to you, there are also Moslems there that were nice to you- or at least let you be. And also, I’m wondering- just for the sake of wondering, about these radical Moslems...did they just suddenly approach you without warning, corner you and force you to convert or did you (and please be honest) provoke them first in any way?
and this was some of the contents from the link
my (truly) final answer:
Well my friend, my answer will be the same. I’m not that Moslem. I believe in Islam. I believe there’s no God except Allah and Prophet Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. I love Allah and nothing will shake up my faith. Islam is the way of my life and I’ve been living a happy life with Islam. I love Islam. It’s been nice to have some discussion with you ^^

What would have you answered if you were in my shoes, in my boots, as a Moslem? The answer is in your hands. Why deny the clarity of the evidence in front of you? To err is human. Despite that, this one doesn't reflect Islam's teaching. Why blame Islam?
thank you,dear..it's very good!
