Tell you what…to be honest though I always keep my face calm
and cool, deep down I do feel the intense feeling of longing towards my alma
mater, Warwick University. Whatmore if I have been reading blog posts of others
who used to study overseas. Thus, that aching feeling revisits.

Turkey Part 2
Day
4 Istanbul (25/3)
So here comes our final day in Istanbul. Yet, there was no
glimpse or even a mere shadow of the sought-after KFC restaurant. I was imagining
myself licking my fingers when I would finally find it (don’t mind this. It was
a year since I had my last plate of KFC’s OR fried chickens). But there were
plenty of MCDees and Burger Kings. So in the end, my friends and I just came
with a rather very conclusive conclusion that Turkish people love healthy food
(no dripping oily fried food) but they much prefer roasted, toasted, or char
grilled delicacies like kebabs. I won’t blame them if they opt for health
instead of worldly satisfaction (fine…=\).

Turkey Part 1
Turkey was listed as one of those countries that I should visit
before I turn 30 and on 22nd of March 2012, my dream came true when
the bright red orange Easyjet plane landed on the smooth surface of the
Istanbul’s airport. The journey took about five exhausting hours exacerbated
with my previous continuous long nights of working on an assignment with pure
concentration of getting rid of workloads and a hopeful face for a thrilling
Easter’s break travelling. With the littlest amount of Turkish Liras (I
exchanged my £250 for ± TL650),
I embarked on an unforgettable journey to the land of Sultan Mehmet Al-Fateh,
the man who managed to conquer Constantinople and rose as the man in the
hadith:
"Verily you shall conquer
Constantinople. What a wonderful leader will he be, and what a wonderful army
will that army be!"

Eid Mubarak =B
Introduction
While I’m writing this post, it’s still raining heavily outside. And plus, I haven’t taken my bath! Eughh stink! My nose bled when I woke up and I took the chance to continue dwelling on this new post. Sounds poetic, isn’t it? The sky is still ashen black with patches of plain obscure rays of light.
